Kaizen 4-Way Skills Camp - 21st Apr 2012 - 22nd Apr 2012

So you recently got your FS1 and would like to make your first step in 4-way? Or you have experience in 4-way, have a team or looking for one?

Kaizen and Skydive Hibaldstow are organising a weekend focusing on the introduction and the development of FS 4-way skills. Early in the season its an ideal event to get you off to a good start.

Participants will be pooled based on their skills/experience in 4-way team with one or two Kaizen members (2 on 2 and 3 on 1). We can also work with existing teams to fit with their experience and training needs.

For post FS1, it’s the opportunity to discover 4-way rookie with exits and more challenging dives (eg. out facing positions). For more experience skydivers or established teams it’s the opportunity to improve their skill, discovering or improving block technique with a more “hands on” coaching.

Dave Curtain will also be available to provide camera coaching. Good camera skills are key to put top scores on the board and are often overlooked by teams. It’s an opportunity to learn from Dave's years of experience (Xchix, Damn Zebra, Bonobo and Kaizen).

In the unlikely event of bad weather, don’t worry your weekend won’t be wasted. The team will still be able to provide small lectures on 4-way technique, team dynamic, training plan and competition preparation.
